Who can I reach out to for help or concerns?
If you click the "About Us" tab all of the Executive & Board Members are listed. Feel free to reach out to any of us regarding any concerns or help needed.

How do I get connected with other organizations?
Connecting with other organizations is pretty easy. You can reach out to the organization directly or message the GS page and we will connect you with other orgs looking for collaborations.

Who do I speak with about becoming a board member?
If you are interested in becoming a "Board Member" & the application is not available on our flow page, this means the positions are filled at this time. You can message one of the Executive Members to make then aware of your interest incase a position becomes available.

I am creating a new organization, what steps do I take to register?
If you are creating a new organization, we encourage you to complete the pre-registry. By doing so you will allow our board to cross-reference the information you anticipate using to make sure it isn't conflicting with other organizations. We also have a resources tab available for Meshes, Concept Artists, etc. Once you have officially created your org and finalized the details please reach out to GS for next steps.

What are some resources I could use for creating my new organization?
GS would encourage anyone in the process of creating a new organization to cross-reference all registries available to the public. Do your research and make sure that you are not using conflicting details(Mascots, Color combos, Animals, etc). There is a resource tab available for Meshers, Concept Creators, Landscapers, Decorators, etc.

What are the requirements to maintain an active GS organization?
Your organization must maintain 4 active members, a minimum of 1 philanthropy, Executive Members must participate in at least 1 Greek Solidarity Retreat a year, and Executive Members must participate in at least 2 Greek Solidarity meetings a year.

How do I sign up my organization for GS events?
Organizations can message GS Instagram for information on how to sign up for events.

Where do I go to update my organization's information?
Click the Directory Tab, select "Update Registry".

How do I report an organization that has the same information/ details as my organization?
You can report an organization that has similar details/information as your org to the GS Instagram page, via discord, or directly to a board member.
